Things to do this week in Tulsa!

Another View of the Tulsa Riot: A Lecture by Herb Boyd at The University of Tulsa

History buffs and local activists will definitely want to see Herb Boyd live as he speaks on Tuesday at 7:00 P.M. His lecture is titled “Another View of the Tulsa Riot”, and will be at the University of Tulsa. Boyd is an award-winning journalist who has published twelve books on African-American history. This educational and interesting event is free to the public and open to all ages. 

KingsPointe Village Renovation Celebration at KingsPointe Village

If you feel like spending an evening under the stars, you may want to check out the KingsPointe Village Renovation Celebration. On Friday, beginning at 7:30 P.M., KingsPointe Village hosts a special event filled with great food and music to dance to. The Fabulous Mid Life Crisis Band will be performing for your pleasure. Bring some blankets, lawn chairs, and your favorite people to enjoy this special event. 

Halfway To St. Patrick's Day at McNellie's

According to McNellies, it's never too early to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. That's why, all week long, they are hosting their Halfway To St. Patrick's Day event. Enjoy live music on Friday, and drink specials each day of the week. You can find Harps for only $5, Guinness for $6, and even Irish Car Bombs for $6. Sport your Irish green attire and enjoy the week of the leprechaun six months early.

Autumn Golden Driller PAINT NIGHT at The Rusty Crane

Tulsa is an incredibly artistic city, so we know you're going to love the Autumn Golden Driller Paint Night at the Rusty Crane. ScotFest 2017 at River West Festival Park

If you're still on a high from spending all week at McNellies, the next thing you'll want to do is check out ScotFest 2017. From the 15th to the 17th, at River West Festival Park, you can enjoy outstanding Celtic music as well as traditional games. Scotfest is Oklahoma's largest Celtic festival with visitors coming from near and far alike.
