Christmas Parade

Many of us grow up watching the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade on television each holiday season. This year, you can experience all the fun and festivity by attending local shows. The Tulsa Christmas Parade: A Storybook Christmas, will be marching in downtown Tulsa on December 9th, beginning at 2:00 P.M. Bleachers will be set up for those who need to sit. For premium seating, you are able to purchase VIP seats. However, this parade itself is free to attend and enjoy. The parade starts at 8th and Boston and will end at 8th and Boulder. Check their official website or the utown app this Saturday for additional details.

The Castle of Muskogee Christmas

The Castle of Muskogee never fails to entertain during the holidays. This Christmas season, they are going all out with holiday lights, activities, and merchants. They've even hired Santa Claus himself to make an appearance! Those on a budget can drive through at no charge. This will allow you to see much of the décor, including over 2,000 holiday displays. Train rides through the village, pony rides, movie viewings, and even ornament making are available at a small additional cost. Be sure to check their calendar or the utown app before attending.

GLOW on the Green w/ the GLOW Express

Guthrie Green is known as a hotspot for downtown Tulsa happenings. This year marks the 5th annual holiday tradition, GLOW on the Green, a beautiful display of lights and scheduled activities. For your young ones, a free Christmas ride is available. Of course, your favorite food trucks will be there every Wednesday, as will occasional Christmas movie showings. Check utown or the Guthrie Green website for a full list of events.

Rhema Lights

Arguably Tulsa's biggest and most popular Christmas attraction, the Rhema Lights are back again this holiday season. A favorite amongst locals, this free event offers outstanding views of over two million lights. Since 1982, their display has grown larger every year. With an expected visitor count of more than 200,000, this well-known event is a must-do for all.
